30-Day No questions asked Refund (stock models)
If not satisfied, we will REFUND purchase price within 30 Days provided :
- Purchaser must obtain RMA Number from SeaViewer in advance.
- All Products must be received at SeaViewer at Purchaser's expense in original condition and packaging within 30 Days of original shipping date.
- Refund Amount will be less 15% to cover Bank Charges, Inspection, and Testing.
30-Day Upgrade Option (stock models)
We will UPGRADE your Camera/System within 30 Days provided :
- Purchaser must obtain RMA Number from SeaViewer in advance.
- All Products and Upgrade Amount must be received at SeaViewer at Purchaser's expense in original condition and packaging within 30 Days of original shipping date.
- Upgrade Amount will be Current Price of new Equipment less original Purchase Price, plus Shipping and taxes (if applicable).
